Chad met us on the sidewalk and greeted us with such genuine warmth that we felt welcomed right away. When we walked in, there was a bottle of excellent wine waiting on the kitchen island, along with warm de nadas and macaroons. He remembered that I had mentioned wanting to pick some up for my daughter’s bridal shower, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.
He stayed and chatted with us about the area, offering great recommendations for local restaurants. Over the weekend, he even helped us get into a very popular breakfast spot that was completely packed. That kind of care and attention is rare and meant so much to us.
This was far more than a place to stay. It felt like a full experience. Every detail showed how much Chad genuinely cares about his guests. By the time we left on Sunday, it honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend. Without question, this was the best stay I have ever had and Chad is the kindest, most thoughtful host you could hope for.

A few words isn’t enough to explain how perfect our stay was. Chad was very flexible with us regarding check in time. He met us when we arrived and showed us the ins and outs of the loft and we had a great chat. He stayed in touch throughout our 5 day stay and recommended the greatest local breakfast place. Honestly, this is the best place, hotel or airbnb, we have ever stayed. We hope to return to Newark someday just so we can stay again. Our family had the best time going to shows at Papermill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ. And we took the train a couple of days from Newark Penn Station to Manhattan. It was super easy to get in and out of the city. If I could give Chad and the loft more than 5 stars I would.

This was the BEST experience EVER!! We were met with such hospitality (thanks for the local treats)! Literally across from the Newark Penn Station, we were quickly in and out of NYC - but able to unwind in this incredible loft each evening, enjoying a game of Scrabble and a glass of wine. Five Stars is not enough for this experience!!! Hope to see you again!!!
